So many coming up events that waiting us to participate. Christmas, New Year, election and inauguration of both adviser and board of next period. To carry out three these big events need to form a committee.
According to Rules of Fundamental 2009 Chapter VII section 19 about committee election manner, so all Area Coordinator obligated to submit 2 (two) candidate names, either from his own area or from other.
The name of candidates should be received by board (c.q. secretary-general) at least on July 10, 2009. So, the candidates will be socialized in meeting on July 11, 2009. Media delivery may variously: written via mail, email and SMS. Delivery by spoken unauthorized because difficult to be trace back.
Soon after names of candidate are accepted by secretary-general, socialization will be conducted during a month. Election will be held in monthly meeting on August 8, 2009.
Since we get the committee, they supposed to makes Gantt Chart or Roadmap so that execution of three big events will be done elegantly.
As reference, the best time for Christmas celebration is at December 2009. Adviser and board election at November 2009. New Year and inauguration of both adviser and board will be good held all at once at end of January or beginning of February 2010.
